What Feedback does for you

  • DeliversAnswers land in your tool, and in a dashboardSlack, Discord, Teams, Zapier, Make or a Google Sheet receive each answer with its page and device. A private dashboard shows what pleased and what didn't, page by page; its link comes with every message, so only you can open it.
  • Asks at the right timeAfter a delay, a scroll, or on exitCorner card, popup, side tab or drawer — and it remembers a 'not now' and a given answer.
  • Lets people writeReport a problem or suggest an ideaBeyond a mood, visitors can send a message, with an email only when you want a reply.
01

One click to answer

A mood is enough: no email, no text. A low score opens an optional box for details, a high one just says thank you — with its check mark — and fades away.

  • Faces, stars, thumbs, numbers or your own choices
  • Details asked only after a low score, if you want
  • A thank-you after every answer, then it closes itself

Try it: a good score thanks you at once; a low one asks for details first. The thank-you stays a second, then fades away.

A scale that reads at a glance

A red-to-green gradient, or numbers over any range you choose — 0 to 10, 3 to 9, 1 to 5.

  • 3 to 10 colour steps, in a bar or as dots
  • Any numeric range between 0 and 10
  • Your own colors, and your own end labels

A popup, a button, or a drawer

Open it with a floating button, a side tab, or by itself after a delay, a scroll, or when the visitor is about to leave. The side tab can pull a rating panel out from the edge of the screen.

  • Corner card, centered popup, side drawer or inline
  • Show it only on some pages, or only on mobile
  • Never nags: remembers a 'not now' and a given answer

Answers go where you already work

Each answer is sent to your own channel as a readable message, with the page and device it came from — nothing else about the visitor. At the end of every message, a private link opens your dashboard.

  • Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, n8n or a Google Sheet
  • A dashboard: average score, what pleased and what didn't by page, day by day, every comment, CSV export
  • No account: only the people who can read your channel can open it
