More than a pretty widget
What Booking does for you
- Reads your calendarBusy is busyEvents in your Google Calendar or any iCal calendar make their time unavailable, and an all-day event closes the day.
- Holds the timeNo double bookingA time someone already asked for disappears for everyone else. The link in each request frees it again if you decline.
- DeliversRequests where you workSlack, Discord, Teams, Zapier, Make, a Google Sheet, or your inbox through a free Formspree form.
Free times, worked out for you
Booking builds the times from your weekly hours, the length of each service and the notice you need. Your calendar's events take their time off the list, all-day events close the whole day.
- A time every 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or every service length
- A break kept free around busy times, a minimum notice, how many days ahead
- Closed dates and ranges, typed the way you'd write them

Crossed out: busy in your calendar, or already requested. Times in Europe/Paris.
Reads the calendar you already use
Point it at a Google Calendar, or any calendar with an iCal link (Apple, Outlook, Proton, Nextcloud): what is in it is no longer offered. Nothing to install, nothing to sync by hand.
- Google Calendar or any iCal link
- Times already requested disappear for everyone else
- Each request carries a link that frees its time again

What visitors can pick
Thursday is closed: an all-day event.
A request in your channel, a reminder in theirs
The visitor gives a name, an email, a phone number if you ask, a note and your own question. You get it all in one readable message; they get buttons to add it to Google, Apple or Outlook.
- Month calendar, week strip, or the next free times by day
- Your own question and a consent checkbox
- Then a thank-you, or a page of your choice
